The materials were purchased from my local Paper Source and Jo-Ann Fabric stores and I printed the invitations on my home printer. They are truly beautiful and the bride-to-be loved them!
I supplied the complete material list below for those interested!
INVITATION:
- A7 Folder Enclosure in "Paper Bag"
- 8.5" x 11" Metallic Cover Weight Paper in "Opal" cut down to these custom sizes
- Invitation: 4 7/8" x 6 7/8" ; Accommodation Card: 4 1/2" x 5 1/2" ; RSVP Card: 3" x 4"
- A7 Metallic Envelope in "Opal"
- 4 Bar Metallic Envelope in "Opal" for RSVP cards
- 7" long piece of 2 1/2" pink lace trim applied to interior with spray adhesive
OUTER BURLAP & LACE BAND:
- 11" long piece of 2 1/2" wide burlap ribbon
- 11.75" long piece of 2 1/2" pink lace trim
RETURN ADDRESS LABEL:
- Printed on 8.5" x 11" Kraft Paper label sheets and cut down to 1 1/8" x 2"
LABEL ADDRESS WRAP:
- Printed on 8.5" x 11" Kraft Paper label sheets and cut down to 2" x 8 1/4" strips
Yeah this is quite an innovative and a great idea. I would definitely tell this to my cousin who right now is shortlisting Banquet Halls in their city. Any idea how much it will cost them, if they have to get around 50 done in this manner?
ReplyDeleteThe hard costs for buying all the materials yourself and assembling the invitations at home is around $5.00 each. I charged my client more than this due to the amount of design time and labor I put into the invitations. Good luck! 😀
