I combined natural colors and materials with metallic paper and lace to achieve this lovely invitation set.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, here is a super cute and easy Valentine printable for your little one.  I used 4" x 6" clear treat bags and a handful of Teddy Grahams to fill each bag. If your child's school has allergy restrictions you can use Gummy Bears instead!

{DIY} Birthday Calendar Plaque - Tutorial and Free Printable

For the first MOPS meeting after our winter break I wanted to provide a craft for the ladies that would be useful in the New Year.  I came up with these "Birthday Calendar Wall Plaques". They are a cute alternative to a regular calendar as you can just focus on birthdays and not appointments or other activities that can clutter a calendar. The hanging month tags are left blank for you to write in the birthday and the name of your loved ones on their corresponding month tags. When it's time to change the month, simply lift up all the tags and move the old one to the back, leaving the new month in the front. It's a different way to keep track of all those special dates, keeping them front and center instead of hiding on your phone! ;)

It's the most wonderful time of the year, and I couldn't be more excited! Yes, Christmas is still a few weeks away, but I start early to get the most out of my favorite holiday. My daughter is four now, and is beginning to grasp the meaning of Christmas. What better way to kick off December with her than this Santa Claus Beard Countdown Calendar? A Pink and Gold Ballet Birthday Party

My daughter Allie, and one of her best friends, Faith, were born 5 days apart and are pretty much inseparable. Both being lovers of ballet, dress-up and anything pink, a ballet dance party was clearly in our future!  It didn't take long for Faith's mom and I to decide to combine our creative talents and have a joint party to celebrate our little girls turning four.
